A Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager (CHFM) and Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP), Dean also holds numerous industry certifications in disaster preparedness, bioterrorism, emergency management, and building systems including fire safety, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and hazardous materials.
